            Mondays         9:30am Mat/Springboard Class

Mat/Springboard Class 
The Springboard allows use of spring resistance to assist and /or challenge some of the Pilates exercises. We will combine this with traditional mat exercises to give you an invigorating full body workout with emphasis on core strengthening, flexibility and posture. Includes use of gym balls, foam rollers, small balls, Pilates circles, etc. All equipment provided. Max of 4 people

Semi-Private/Duet Equipment Class
Semi-private training uses the full repertoire of Pilates apparatus including: the Reformer, Springboard, Pilates arc and more.  Lots of variety and a full body work out! 2 people required. Email to schedule a time that works for you both.  

Private Training
Private training is ongoing and is always the best way to get results and individualized attention. I recommend combining private training with a weekly class. If you have never done pilates before take advantage of the intro. package below. Email to schedule or click on the link below to schedule online.

If you are recovering from an injury, as a licensed Physical Therapist, I know how to modify the exercises to keep you safe while getting stronger.
All classes and private training sessions are 55 min long. Check preferred. I do not bill insurance.

  • Initial Evaluation- $75
  • Privates - $60 per session or prepay $275 for 5
  • Duet Class- $30 per person/class, $200 ea. for 8 
  • Mat/Springboard Class- $20 per class, $130 for 8
  • Intro Package- Initial session + 3 privates $225
